SimulTrain - Course «Fundamentals of Project Management»

The course entitled «The Fundamentals of Project Management» is a training program in project management which thousands of project managers have followed. The self-training program via the Internet allows participants to cut down significantly on time away from the workplace.

Target audience :	all employees that will have to run a project or play an important role in one.
Duration :	12 hours self-training + 2 days seminar.
Goals :	mastering the fundamental project management methods and tools, so that participants manage their first project.

The course is divided into three parts:

1. An introduction made in-house or via teleconferencing.

2. A self-training program through the Internet, which allows participants to master the basic tools, techniques and procedures.

3. A two-day classroom training program, where participants use the famous project simulator called "SimulTrain".
