The e-learning method allows learners to train individually, at any time and in any place. All that learners need is an Internet access, so that they have all the necessary information at hand. The e-learning program developed by STS focuses on exercises: participants must solve a large number of problems and exercises – the best way of learning. Tests allow learners to check at any time whether they have assimilated the important concepts of a lesson. STS offers several e-learning courses:
1. Project Management Fundamentals 2. Project Management Advanced 3. Leadership for Project Managers 4. Risk Management Coaching is included in the courses: learners are followed by a telecoach that ensures that they make regular progress and oversees the exercises they make. Learners may ask questions to the telecoach via e-mail. They receive an answer within 24 hours.
