We implement Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solutions in accordance with the Microsoft Enterprise Implementation Framework (EIF). The EIF provides a structured technique and guidelines for configuring Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft Project Server according to the needs of a particular organization.

If necessary, we can customize our methodology to more closely align with the customer's project management policies and procedures. We configure the enterprise tools to support and enforce the customer's methodology and business processes. We create and implement enterprise project templates to reflect the customer's project workflow. And we customize our training materials to the customer's implementation. We provide training in the customer's environment so that we can step through an actual project lifecycle. In this way, the customer's administrators and project managers can become familiar with the tools, custom methodology, custom templates, and custom business rules simultaneously.
