Management Instructor

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:

The position being offered is for Management Instructor. The position is for part-time positions especially for Project Management, Quality Management, IT management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) courses. Other general management training courses can be accepted.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

If you love to teach and get satisfaction from helping others earn their management certifications, you may be a candidate for this outstanding career opportunity. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience teaching management classes, preferably in a formal training environment. It is preferable to be able to teach in Project Management, Quality Management, IT Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Current PMP certification and/or CSSBB certification is preferable. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

  • Have superior presentation and communication skills.

  • Have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing standards.

  • Work well in a team environment and enjoy helping others learn.

  • Must be committed to continuing education with the latest standards.

  • PMP and/or CSSBB  designation would be an asset.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The job description includes a broad range of duties, including class delivery and courseware development, and end-user support.

  • May be an assistant sales team in determining client needs and customizing a training class.

  • Instruction of management courses.

  • Planning, coordinating and conducting in-center or client-site training.

  • Planning, coordinating and preparing all course material.

  • Providing training in your area of expertise for sales team and fellow Instructors.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year of classroom training experience is necessary.

  • At least 2 years experience in the area(s) you train in.

  • Real-world experience applying the management knowledge in area of expertise.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Should be a Certified Trainer

  • Must have a management Certification.

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS:

  • Fluency in English is a preferable.

  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Must show a strong ability to communicate both in speaking and writing.

  • Ability to prepare and deliver management proposals, demos, presentations, and technical material.

  • Must be marketing oriented.

  • Good customer relationship.
